Students’ basic needs must be met in order for them to fully concentrate on and strive for academic success
The Foundation administers assistance to K-12 students unmet by any other source, to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs do not stand in the way of their success in school.
Previous funding examples: winter clothing, school supplies, semester milk, after school care, eyeglasses, band instruments, summer camp registration fees.
Funds Request Process: Expenditure of funds will be determined on a case by case basis in order to maintain good stewardship of the Foundation’s funds as well as the confidentiality of the student. To ensure this, applications for request of funds may be made ONLY by District principals and guidance counselors.
